CJ (M) - 7 months (ON TRIAL)
Master CJ is a bully cross that came to us by way of a pound in the Hunter Valley region.
CJ is a beautiful, loving puppy. He loves his toys, big walks, and cuddles on the couch. He is super affectionate, playful and would suit a home with older kiddies to play with but CJ's foster mum does have a 3 month old baby whom CJ tries to play with and lick. He has the most gentle of temperaments.
Due to his very submissive nature CJ is great with other dogs and loves to make lots of friends. He's also good with cats with slow introductions but hasn't been assessed with birds.
Master CJ doesn't bark unless a stranger comes to the door, and once he is introduced he just wants cuddles.
He loves to explore and is learning to walk on a lead properly and alongside a pram. CJ has also learnt to 'sit', 'drop' and 'stay' ... well drop is still a work in progress as he likes to roll onto his back but he is getting there. On top of these basic commands he also knows 'sit and wait' for his food and 'eat' when he is allowed to go for the bowl.
CJ is very well mannered and knows 'gentle' for when he gets too excited and mouths (as all puppies do). He's a really gentle eater and very polite when you give him rewards for good behaviour.
CJ urgently needs a new foster home. If you would like to foster or adopt Master CJ please fill out the form below.
